Recruiting and Career Coach for Marketing, Design, Product, and Advertising helping talent make their job search compute.

Let me tell you how I got into recruiting!

This all started with my love for animals and a job at a pet store selling exotic birds, reptiles and fish. People had to make a lifestyle commitment in order for the animal, their family, and the home ecosystem to thrive.  With some of these animals living 75 years this was no small commitment.

Clients would come into the shop and say they wanted a parrot when they had the budget/lifestyle available for a goldfish.

I found that when I took the time to dig in and find out what they could support and what their goals were we could make a match and help people form happy new sustainable relationships with their animal friends that really worked for all the animals involved.

Of course, pairing humans is more intricate than a lifestyle match. We must have matching hard skills, soft skills, principles, and design aesthetics.  It’s a lot of boxes to check.

Hiring managers or biz owners are looking for a solution and you are looking for job satisfaction and of course, money!

Helping people connect at all these touchpoints can be quite the project and the challenge.  I Iove helping get people where they want or need to be today or 5 years from now.

One of the most important things I have learned is that you are gathering to form relationships and create something bigger than you can do alone.  Creative or non-creative, you are coming together and must be able to meet on even ground, see the same goals, and communicate in a way that furthers those goals.

Tap into my deep knowledge base of what top employers want, and learn how to position yourself to win the fitting job you deserve.
